Prior to my work as a coach and consultant, I spent more than a decade working in talent management at The Nature Conservancy, the world’s leading conservation organization working in all 50 states and 74 countries around the globe. Prior to that, I was at one of the largest airlines.

My leadership consulting draws upon my experience working with internal leadership teams at mission-driven organizations to help my clients identify their most pressing needs.
